Thai Spicy Tamarind Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 65 grams Prepared tamarind 3 Tbsp
  • 10 grams Palm sugar, chopped finely if necessary 1 Tbsp
  • 35 grams Fish Sauce About 2 Tbsp
  • 20 grams thinly sliced shallot about 1 medium shallot
  • 8 grams chopped cilantro, stems and leaves about 1 Tbsp
  • 5 grams toasted rice powder about 1 tsp
  • 2 grams roasted chili powder about 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything and stir until sugar is dissolved.
